When is the Return Date?
The return date is scheduled for May 16, 2020. We can also accomodate return flights on May 18 and 24th for those who wish to stay longer.
How will the funds I pay will be secured?
We are licensed by the DOT under section 380. All funds are held in a DOT supervised trust account with Bank of America. Funds for each flight are not released to Golden Wings Jet Global, Inc., until “Wheels Up” (departure), which means that your funds are guaranteed to be safely held in a trust account until the plane has left the ground.
Will You Provide Ground Transporatation?
We provide complimentary luxury ground transportation for arrivals and departures to and from the private airport terminal.
May I cancel if my plans change?
Yes, we accept full cancellations up to 100 hours prior to departure. Cancellation fees will apply to bookings cancelled within 72 hours of takeoff.
When will I be paid my commission as a travel agent?
Travel agents can deduct 10% commissions from the ticket price on any direct sales upon receipt of payment and pay the balance to Golden Wings Jet Global. You get paid first. That’s the GWJ Global Golden Promise.
Are the jets safe? Who is the pilot?
At GWJ Global, we adhere to the industry’s most stringent safety standards, policies, and procedures. The pilots, butlers, and crew are profesionally managed by the operator of the jet, OneAbove via Comlux. Comlux is the full-time operator of the Crystal Skye 777 and its staff is highly trained and certified to transport persons of affluence.
